The owner of the recovery agency selects the appropriate field agent to handle the order and updates the order, setting it to "Working" status. This causes more notifications to go out, including the assigned field agent so he knows to pick up the order details from the web site.
Note the audit trail that records who made what change (created, assigned, etc) and when.
