Our philosophy on pricing is simple: we want it to be so cheap that you don't have to think twice about signing up. When you consider the hours and hours of time saved by not having to return phone calls or faxes, the savings on phone bills, and the time saved not having to prepare paperwork, we think you'll agree that our prices are a bargain!

Recovery Agents or Finance Companies May Subscribe

Only one company needs to subscribe and pay for the Repomanager service.

Recovery Agents — You can offer your finance companies this service to distinguish your company from your competitors. Existing clients using the Repomanager system love it and want all their agents to use it!

Finance Companies — This is a simple and inexpensive way to bring your order assignment process to the Internet. Your agents will find the Repomanager system convenient and easy to use, while you will save time and money.

Unlimited Orders for the Low Price of Just $99/Month

The Repomanager service is available for recovery agents for only $99/month. This includes all features of the Repomanager system, including an unlimited number of orders each month. That's it — there are no other charges or fees.

Please contact us for more pricing information if you are a finance company who would like to subscribe. Remember, only one company needs to subscribe and their sponsored companies may use their service for free! If your recovery agent is already a subscriber, there is no charge for your company to use their Repomanager service. It is only if your company wants to manage all of their order assignment through the Repomanager system that you will need to subscribe.

No Setup Charges and No Term Contract Required

There is no setup charge and no term contract is required. The Repomanager service is offered as a month-to-month subscription and you may cancel at any time!

Unlimited Partner Companies

As a Recovery Agent subscriber you may set up any number of finance companies as sponsored companies to use the Repomanager service. Your client companies have access only to orders that they have placed with you.

There is no charge for sponsored companies to access the Repomanager service, there is no charge to add partner companies and there is no limit to the number of partner companies a subscriber may add.

Unlimited Users

All companies in the Repomanager system (both subscribers and their sponsored companies) may set up any number of individual user accounts. Each individual user has a separate user account to log into the system, allowing the system to display only information relevant to them.

There is no charge per user account and there is no limit to the number of user accounts a company may set up.

Unlimited Locations

You may use the Repomanager service from anywhere you have internet access. Your users may use the system simultaneously.

Convenient Monthly Invoicing or Billing to your Visa or Mastercard

At the beginning of each month we will invoice you or bill your credit card on file for that month's basic service.

Discount for Prepaid Year Subscription

We offer 1 month's free service when you prepay for a year's subscription in advance. We bill you for 11 month's basic service and the 12th month is free. The monthly rate is guaranteed for the prepaid period.

If you have prepaid for an annual subscription and your service is canceled for any reason, we will refund any unused whole months' subscription fees, minus any amounts due.

Custom Domains Available

You can optionally obtain your own domain name (e.g. 'www.example.com') and use it instead of the standard 'example.repomanager.com' domain. All features continue to work exactly the same. There is no charge for this service or to set it up. You may even set up the Repomanager service as a sub-domain of your current website (e.g. 'orders.example.com').

If you do not have your own domain, we can obtain one for you for $25/year and manage everything.

Custom Services

Certain custom features are available at inexpensive rates. None of these are required to use the standard service. Custom forms can be designed based upon your existing form for a fee of $50/form (standard forms are always available at no charge). Custom website design is also available, please contact us for quotes.

Secure Websites

We also offer secure encrypted web access for $50/year. The fee covers the cost of the required SSL certificate. This will encrypt all communications between our server and your users' web browsers with 128-bit encryption.
