There is no cost to sign up: all recovery companies are eligible for a free, no obligation, 30-day trial. After the trial period recovery companies can convert to a paid account and continue to use the service. Please see the pricing and features pages for more information.
Your company needs a Repomanager recovery agent account to be able to accept and process online orders from client companies. Your client companies will need company accounts as well, client company accounts are free.
Each company needs to sign up with Repomanager just once. Each company will create individual user accounts for their personnel — there is no limit to the number of individual accounts within a company account and no charge per user account.
Before you begin...
- Does your company already have a Repomanager account?
If your company has already signed up with Repomanager and you need an individual account, then please have one of your company administrators create an individual user account for you.
- Is your company a client company?
If so, then your company needs a Repomanager client company account instead, please use this link to create a client company account.
Step 1 of 2
Each company must have a unique company id, the company id will be used:
- By all personnel when logging in (along with their username and password)
- Recovery company websites will have standard URLs of the form:
http://<company id>.repomanager.com
The company id must be one word (no spaces), begin with a letter and contain only letters and numbers. For example, if your company were named "Acme Recovery", you might choose "acme" or "acmerecovery".
