1. Complete Order Management
Online Order Entry. You or your clients enter orders online. Entering a new order causes both you and the client contact to be notified immediately. After orders are entered, you, your agents and your clients can check them at any time (no need for phone calls or faxes!)
Order Assignment. You (as the owner or administrator of the recovery agency) assign new orders to the appropriate field agent. This generates another notification to let the agent know he has a new order and to notify the client that the order is being worked.
Notes and Field Reports. You, your agents and your clients can add notes to orders at anytime, this is a handy way to share information as the team works on the order. You and your agents can also add field reports to orders as they run them.
Centralized Tracking For Clients. Clients can use your individual website for access to orders they have placed with you, or the main site at www.repomanager.com for access to all their orders with all agents using the Repomanager service.
2. Comprehensive Forms and Reports
Standard Acrobat Files. Forms and reports are automatically generated as Acrobat (PDF format) files. These can be viewed online, printed locally, or even emailed. You clients have access to all forms at all times — so they never need to ask you to fax a document. Standardized reports also make life simpler for your clients.
Customizable Templates. We provide a standard form for each type of report; you or your clients can provide custom form templates if desired. Microsoft Word documents can be converted to form templates, preserving all the formatting.
Digital Photos. Easily upload digital photos and have them included automatically on condition reports. Results in simpler, faster, and more accurate condition reports.
3. Automatic Notifications
Email Notifications. Email notifications alert the interested parties when an order is updated (e.g. when a field report is added or a vehicle is recovered). This eliminates the need for clients to call you to check up on the status and alerts them to visit your website for all the details.
Text Messaging. Text messaging sends short text messages to SMS-capable cell phones. These are particularly handy for reaching field agents immediately when an order is updated or its status is changed.
Automatic and Configurable. All notifications are generated automatically, there is no need for you do anything beyond configuring an email address and/or phone number. Each user can customize the notifications to control which types they do and do not want to receive.
4. Customizable Website
Your Own Website. We build and host a website for you. We make it incredibly easy for you to change the look of the website with a few clicks in our website designer. Or, if you want more control, you can employ your own website designers if you want to completely customize your site.
Your own domain. We provide complete support for custom domains (e.g. www.example-recovery.com) at no extra charge. You will need to register your domain if you haven't already and have us configure it. Or we can obtain the domain for you and handle everything (see the Pricing page for more details).
5. Email
Automatic Email Forwarding. Each of your users can have their email forwarded to any email address for convenience. They automatically are assigned an email address like "user@example-recovery.com" and all mail to that address will be forwarded to their preferred email account.
